I don't think this girl was a competitor at the Texas Relays athletic competition but it seems that she is considered a draw for the "official" after party. Somehow I don't think this celebration was sanctioned by the same authorities that adjudicated the competion on the track; it was probabaly about as "offical" as a Michael Jackson t-shirt sold on the New York subway.
