Three women ignore each other, turn their backs on each other, turn their backs on the cleaning lady. The clothes they wear cost more than she earns in a week.

Are they high, in a fog of pinks and pastel greens, bright diamonds before their eyes, the branches of their minds spreading? What else is the one in red doing to avoid facing reality? Does the store manager realize what that looks like?
